Hoya endauensis is a relatively rare and exotic species of Hoya, native to Malaysia. The leaves of Hoya endauensis are thick, fleshy, somewhat textured, with slight veins running through the surface, giving them a more pronounced appearance.

Care for Hoya endauensis is similar to other Hoyas. It thrives in bright, indirect light and enjoys warm, humid environments. Like most Hoyas, it prefers to be watered sparingly, allowing the soil to dry out between waterings to prevent root rot.
