Yes, we offer free pickup at our location. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready.
We also provide local delivery within a 50-mile radius for an additional fee.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please email us at info@lushandrare.com within 12 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

Each plant has its own unique care requirements.
We recommend visiting our website for specific plant care, as well as general tips on watering, lighting, and maintenance.

We use a high-quality, well-draining mix for all of our plants, typically a blend of peat, perlite, and bark. This helps ensure healthy roots and good moisture retention, making it easier for your plants to thrive in your home.

We offer a variety of pet-friendly plants, but it’s important to research individual plants before bringing them into a home with pets.
Look for our "Pet-Friendly" label on qualifying products, and always check for any toxic properties.

Repotting your plant is simple! Follow these steps:
1. Choose a pot that’s 1-2 inches larger in diameter than the current pot.
2. Gently remove the plant from its pot, being careful not to damage the roots.
3. Place a layer of fresh soil in the bottom of the new pot.
4. Position the plant in the new pot, adding soil around the sides to secure it.

During colder months, we recommend checking the weather conditions before your plant arrives.
If it’s too cold, shipping may be delayed to protect your plant from extreme temperatures.
Once your plant arrives, ensure it’s placed in a warm, sunny spot away from drafts.

We add to our inventory consistently, however we grow everything at our facility from tissue culture which is a lengthy process.
