Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Processing times for orders placed during holidays may be extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after being picked up by the shipping carrier.

Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping, which typically arrives in 2-3 business days after being picked up by the shipping carrier. Additional charges may apply.
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order as well as the delivery destination.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United States (except for California)

Due to the delicate nature of plants, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Address changes cannot be made once your order has been processed. Please double-check your address before completing your purchase.
Packaging

All plants are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible. We use custom-made boxes, complementary insulation materials, and temperature-controlled packaging (heat/cold packs) when necessary.
Delivery Issues & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@lushandrare.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Weather related delays

During inclement weather shipping may be delayed to protect plants from extreme temperatures. We will monitor weather conditions both at our location and at the destination and determine when it is safe to ship your order.
Plant Health Guarantee

We take great care in ensuring your plants arrive in healthy condition. If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please submit photos of the entire plant, the damage, the packaging and invoice within 12 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
Receiving your order

Please unpack and carefully inspect your plants immediately upon delivery.
Contact us within 12 hours of delivery if damage occurred during transit.
Please allow your plant/s to acclimate for minimum of four weeks before transplanting.
