1. Damaged or Dead Plants

If your plant arrives damaged or dead, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order.

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide clear photos of the damaged plant and packaging. We will work with you to offer a replacement or full refund based on the condition of the plant upon arrival.
2. Plant Health Guarantee

We take great care in ensuring your plant is healthy when shipped, but as plants are living organisms, some damage or stress may occur during transit.

If the plant shows signs of distress upon arrival (e.g., yellowing leaves, wilting, broken stems), please email us with pictures. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement or partial refund depending on the severity of the issue.
3. No Returns on Healthy Plants

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns on healthy plants or products that are not damaged upon arrival.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review your plant choice, especially if you're unsure about care requirements, before making a purchase.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placement. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as orders are processed quickly for timely shipping.
5. Refund Process

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the payment was made by credit card, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to show up on your statement.
6. Non-Refundable Items

Healthy plants, discounted plants, gift cards, plant care products, and any promotional or discounted items are non-refundable.
